1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Crypdig account or using any of our services — trading, wallets, payments, or investment plans — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor authentication secure. Crypdig may suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity.
3. Trading and wallet services
Crypto markets are volatile. Trades are final once executed, and network fees apply to transfers. Deposit and withdrawal processing times depend on network confirmation and internal review.
4. Investment plans
Investment plans carry fixed durations and illustrative returns. Returns are not guaranteed; figures shown are illustrative of plan performance ranges. Investments are funded from your Crypdig wallet and may require administrator review before activation.
5. Fees
Trading fees are 0.1% maker / 0.2% taker with volume-based discounts. A 1% transaction fee applies to transfers. Applicable network fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.
